What does Amelia do?

For your customers, she answers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat. She tells them your prices, checks that their address is in your service area, offers real openings on your calendar, books the visit and texts them a confirmation.

For you, she works in her app. You can ask her about your calls, messages, customers, schedule and invoices, and she answers from your business data. You can also give her work: booking and moving visits, assigning jobs to your team, texting or calling customers, and sending invoices with a payment link. She prepares each action and does it once you approve. Longer tasks, the ones that need waiting for someone’s reply, she keeps track of for days and reports back when they are done.

What happens when I’m on a job and a customer calls or writes?

She answers by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or web chat, using your services, prices, hours and service area. If the job fits, she offers open slots on your calendar, books the one the customer picks and sends a text confirmation.

If a caller has an emergency that can’t wait, she tells them she is connecting them and transfers the call to you. Anything she can’t settle herself, she records as a request for you, and it waits in your app with the details and the full conversation.

Can I answer calls myself and call customers back?

Yes. Choose whether incoming calls go to your AI assistant or to you in the LetMeCall app. You can also make outgoing calls from the app using your business number. Calls you handle yourself do not use the AI minutes shown in your plan.

Does she make outbound calls?

Accepted Answer

Only when you ask. You tell her who to call and what you need to find out or tell them. She prepares the call with its goal and questions, you approve it, and she calls from your business number and brings the result back to you.

Outgoing AI calls use your AI minutes. You can also call customers yourself from the app, and those calls don’t use AI minutes.

Where can customers reach her?

By phone on your business number, on WhatsApp, in Instagram Direct, and in a web chat. The web chat opens from a link or a QR code you can put on your website or your van.

WhatsApp and Instagram need a business account. She replies there once a customer has messaged you. Every conversation, from any channel, lands in one inbox in your app.

How does she learn my business?

Paste your website. She reads it and suggests your business details, the cities you serve, your trades, your service names, your hours and answers from your FAQ. Nothing is applied until you check it.

Then you add what a website usually doesn’t say: your prices and how long each job takes. She quotes only those prices. You pick her name and voice, and you can change any of it later in your settings.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live in under 10 minutes. You scan your website, check what she found, add your prices and job times, choose her voice, and pick how customers reach her: a new number, or the one you have forwarded to it. At the end she calls your mobile so you can hear her before customers do.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Accepted Answer

LetMeCall gives you a new dedicated number that you set up through the dashboard in a couple of minutes. We don't take over or port your existing line — if you want calls to your current number answered by LetMeCall, you forward that number to your new one through your existing phone provider.

How are AI voice minutes counted?

AI voice minutes are rounded up to the nearest full minute per call. For example, a 2-minute-and-15-second AI call counts as 3 minutes. AI test calls during setup count toward your monthly usage as well. Calls you handle yourself do not use this allowance.

What happens if I go over my included AI minutes?

Accepted Answer

After the included AI minutes, AI voice usage costs $0.60/min on Start, $0.50/min on Growth, $0.45/min on Pro. AI overage spending is limited to $9.80 on Start, $29.80 on Growth, $49.80 on Pro per billing period. Further AI-handled calls pause when that limit is reached, until the next billing period.

Are there any other fees besides the monthly plan?

Your plan includes the phone numbers shown above. Only extra numbers beyond that allowance cost $5/month each. SMS registration has a one-time $20 fee to register your business for appointment confirmations and follow-ups by text. AI voice minutes beyond your allowance are billed at your plan's rate. Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. WhatsApp message fees, if any, are billed by Meta directly.

Who owns my calls and customer data?

You do. Your customers, conversations, call recordings and transcripts belong to your business.

Recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months by default, and you can delete them earlier from your dashboard at any time. Text message logs are kept for 90 days.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel any time from your account settings, and it takes effect at the end of your billing period. Your data stays yours: we keep it for 30 days after your account closes, then delete it.
